To use the mod, add the contents of the Zip file to the Supreme Ruler 2010 game folder. Some files should get overwritten. Once copied, go to the /Registry folder and dbl click “Switch – Francais” to use the Mod. To turn off the Mod use the “Switch – English” found in the same folder. The French Mod cannot be used in conjunction with the Hi-Vis Mod.
If it does not work, be sure that the LOCALFR folder is located inside the /Localize folder and that the SRBITSFRx.PNG files are located inside the /Graphics folder
