This is a large modification of "Global Crisis" using new orbats for every region. The P1 comment refers to "power of 1". The changes to the orbats where to adjust quantities of all units a region owns to 1. So the US starts with 1xF-16, 1xF-18, 1xM1A2, 1xM1A3, etc. This greatly decreases the unit counts without playing a "no units" game.
No storyline written yet, it currently uses the GC storyline.
I have no idea what the balance will be like, but the game speed is greatly increased. Ideal for MP where someone has a slower system or connection.
