Situated in Northern America, Mexico presents an interesting option for players looking to participate in the Central and South American conflict that took place during the cold war.

Early on it is important to increase Industrial Goods production, a good idea is to limit Consumer Good production until this is complete. Purchasing Industrial Goods from the global market is difficult early on, as there is a World Wide Shortage.
After this has been complete, Coal and Coal Power expansion is advised to cope for the recent demands placed on these industries from the expansion of Industrial Good output.
From here you should be in a stable position to expand Land, Air and Sea Fabrication if you are going down the military expansion route.
