Users can host mods, scenarios, missions, etc. on SupremeWiki. Begin by registering an account at this page, and logging in. You will now have an "Upload file" option at the bottom of the page. You can upload ZIPs and TARs. Please setup the folders in your file so that all files will be where you want them if the user decompresses it to the "Supreme Ruler 2010" folder.
Now create a page where your file will be displayed. Type into your browser's address bar the title you want, for instance: http://www.supremewiki.com/My_Mod. You can then click "Edit" at the bottom of the page to write about your file. Next, use the following template to display a download link to the file.
